Situation: Order Not Received
If an interception request is made while the package is in transit, the customer is responsible for the interception fee and the return shipping fee.,
If the interception is successful, an additional re-warehousing fee will be charged upon return.,
If the interception fails, only the interception fee will be charged (other items will be evaluated and judged through communication between both parties).,
If a package is rejected without a valid reason, the customer must bear the return shipping fee or return it at their own expense (cash on delivery is not accepted). Regardless of which of the two return methods is used, a re-warehousing fee will be charged. (Refunds will only be processed after the warehouse inspects the items and confirms they are correct. No refunds will be given if the product affects secondary sales).,
Lost Packages: This refers to situations where tracking information has not been updated for a long time and the package status shows as abnormal. (A full screenshot of the order from the platform in English is required—partial screenshots are invalid. The screenshot must clearly show the customer's delivery address + tracking number + value). After we apply for a claim, we can offer a full refund or a replacement. Packages that cannot provide the required proof cannot be processed. Lost packages caused by non-human factors will not be compensated, including but not limited to: tsunamis, strikes, earthquakes, fires, etc.,
If the delivery address needs to be changed while the package is in transit, the customer must bear the handling fee for the address modification. (Modifications are not guaranteed to be successful; if unsuccessful, the address modification fee will still be charged as usual).,

If the address and shipping label are completely correct, but the package shows as "delivered" and the customer claims they have not received it: if no signature service was purchased, no compensation will be provided, and only a POD (Proof of Delivery) signature confirmation can be offered. If an official investigation is required, proof of non-receipt must be provided to apply for an investigation (e.g., door surveillance/CCTV footage can be provided; however, the investigation is not guaranteed to be successful).,

Situation: After Order is Received,
If the packaging and product are damaged, please reject the delivery directly. If you unbox it after signing for it, you must promptly provide photos of the outer box + photos of the outer box label + photos of the damaged product (compensation will be negotiated between both parties based on the severity of the damage; if the product is completely broken and unusable, a free replacement or full refund can be issued to the customer). If a return is sent back without prior feedback after signing, and a warehouse inspection finds the product unusable, no refund will be issued, and the customer must bear the return shipping fee and re-warehousing fee.,
The dolls in the overseas warehouse are made of TPE material. The facial makeup is hand-painted by makeup artists, so there is a possibility it may wear off. Makeup loss during the customer's use does not constitute a quality issue.,
Products from the overseas warehouse all feature standard skeletons and should not be bent forcefully under unreasonable conditions. The maximum limit is what a normal person can achieve; please refer to the instruction manual for specific details.,
Product quality issues must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Feedback received after this deadline will not be processed.,
Personal health products do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason. If there is a quality issue, we will only provide a replacement or compensation. Please emphasize this point in the description!
If a customer returns a package on their own initiative without authorization, the warehouse may not be able to locate it, or if it is found to affect secondary sales, no compensation or refund will be provided.
